Բարև խանգարող! As I've shared in previous editions of this bi-monthly newsletter, we're excited to be celebrating the 10th anniversary of DisruptHR on December 13, 2023, with our eighth event in Cincinnati, OH — where DisruptHR began back on December 13, 2013. It's been an amazing journey since then! We've grown from a small group of passionate HR professionals located in our city, to a global community, which now includes 154 licensed cities in 34 countries. 😮 And along the way, we've helped to disrupt the status quo in the world of work by providing a platform for people to share their ideas, challenge the norm, and learn from each other. This year has been no different. So far through October 2023, 1204 DisruptHR Talks have been given at 110 DisruptHR events — which puts us on track to potentially beat the record of 1600 Talks given at 142 events in 2019. (Before that global pandemic thing disrupted us all in 2020.) I'm so grateful for your support of DisruptHR, our local License holders and Organizers, and the over 7000 speakers who've shared their ideas on a DisruptHR stage somewhere in the world since we began. Together, we've disrupted the traditional HR landscape and continue to shape the future of work, and I couldn't be prouder of how we've helped to change the world of work for the better. p.s. It's THE path to a richer, and more vibrant world. "Creating cultures of vulnerability, inclusion and belonging isn't just about warm, fuzzy feelings. It's about a better bottom line. Because creating workplaces that work for people who are different is creating workplaces that work for everyone.
So it's time we stop being afraid of what we don't understand. It's time we take the time to understand and decide as leaders what we will do to create change."

Hello Disruptor! Have you ever wondered what makes a DisruptHR Talk truly great? Forget perfect polish or pro speakers - to me, it's all about passion and pushing boundaries. I've seen many nervous first-timers, and the timing of the slides getting away from some speakers, but their ideas? Interesting. That's the DisruptHR spirit: sharing bold ideas, even if it shakes things up a bit. And guess what? A DisruptHR idea doesn't have to be "disruptive" to be impactful. Some of my favorite Talks...
