Hello Disruptor! Have you ever wondered what makes a DisruptHR Talk truly great? Forget perfect polish or pro speakers - to me, it's all about passion and pushing boundaries. I've seen many nervous first-timers, and the timing of the slides getting away from some speakers, but their ideas? Interesting. That's the DisruptHR spirit: sharing bold ideas, even if it shakes things up a bit. And guess what? A DisruptHR idea doesn't have to be "disruptive" to be impactful. Some of my favorite Talks have tackled familiar topics with fresh perspectives, have simply left me amazed at the creativity brought to the stage, or laughing at the slides or the speaker's jokes. DisruptHR is more than just mind-blowing Talks. It's about the connections - sparking conversations that ignite change, and building a global community of people who are transforming the future of work. With over 7,000 videos of DisruptHR Talks online, I'm sure I'll never be able to watch them all, but I do attempt to watch as many as I can, so we can feature a variety of Talks on our LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter pages.)
